Pario Workplace is a short questionnaire that profiles work behaviour and motivation. It is aimed at operational and support staff, including supervisors, and is used to support competency based interviews, performance review, and team development. The focus includes dealing with Problems, People, and Tasks. It can be administered online - or simply enter responses online following completion of a paper questionnaire.
Following completion of the online questionaire, a 'bullet point' summary report can be downloded. An extract from a sample report is shown below:
Influence and Persuasion * seeks a degree of recognition or acknowledgement from others * has some regard for the standards or expectations of others * has a somewhat less reflective approach * has little need to participate in team-based work * prefers to have some guidance on how best to proceed * has some preference for interaction at a one-to-one level * gives some consideration to influencing others in meetings * (but may be less confident or active in this aspect of his work?)
