The Pario Executive questionnaire is designed to strengthen assessment, management feedback and coaching.

The report focuses directly on factors related to motivation and work behaviour, rather than a more general assessment of personality traits. Specific aspects of behaviour, that impact directly on performance,  include Organisational Awareness and Developing Opportunities. The relationship of Personal Values, and expectations of others, on work style is also explored.
