Our one-day Performance Excellence Workshops are designed to help senior managers and leaders tackle the question: 'How can we bring about sustained changes in performance within our organisation?' It encourages participants to think differently about how the organisation has traditionally managed performance and to consider the adoption of new approaches. The objectives are to:

  • Bring about a change in mindset around how 'performance excellence' can best be realised at all levels within the organisation
  • Identify the conditions that need to exist in order to bring this about
  • Identify the organisational, leadership, cultural and process blocks which are getting in the way
  • Formulate a strategy and action plans to embed the desired changes
  • Assist in planning corporate training courses to develop staff

The workshop makes extensive use of organisational and employee insights in order to focus on the 'vital few' factors that will make the biggest difference. Each programme is tailored to client requirements, but also draws on our extensive experience in the area of leadership / management training courses (and research linked to performance excellence).
