Employee Attitude Surveys & OD Diagnostics

Performance Management Diagnostic

Is Performance Management embedded in the culture of the organisation, or is it regarded as an occasional (and impersonal) appraisal process?

The Performance Management Survey (PMS) is an on line questionnaire that is designed to provide feedback on the quality and impact of performance management conversations that take place between managers and staff. It can be administered as an anonymous survey, but also provide feedback on work groups specified during the initial design and set-up. Comparisons can therefore be made across teams, departments and work-groups.

The PMS enables an organisation to monitor and assess the effectiveness of their performance management process - and identify areas for improvement. There is also the option to follow-up the initial survey with more in-depth analysis, including use of 180 and 360 degre feedback.

Most performance management processes fail because they are based on flawed underlying assumptions about people and performance. Find out what these are and how we can transform the way your organisation thinks about performance.
