Do you know how employees view your employment proposition - or the critical issues that need to be addressed to create higher levels of employee engagement and performance?
There is a wealth of research evidence to demonstrate that highly engaged and motivated employees deliver superior levels of service, exhibit greater loyalty, provide more discretionary effort and overall produce higher levels of productivity and performance. In other words they provide a superior return on an organisation's payroll investment.
Our extensive work in this area has led us to conclude that employee engagement and motivation are not the same as employee satisfaction and indeed that high levels of 'satisfaction' can often lead to complacency, resistance to change and to sub-optimal organisational performance. As a consequence we have developed the Pario PLAID model to measure employee engagement and motivation, enabling an organisation to identify precisely how many employees are engaged, motivated, satisfied or disaffected and the key aspects of the employment experience that are most highly correlated with each state.
These insights thus enable an organisation to determine the courses of action (e.g. leadership development, employee training workshops, or delivery of employee relations courses) that potentially have the biggest impact on improving performance. All interventions are tailored to the needs of different employee groups.
We provide a range of employee engagement, employee benchmarking and employee motivation services, including:
“After an extensive market review, I selected Pario to help us with understanding employee engagement because they have a really good, affordable product that works, and they were happy to tailor it to our needs. I felt they wanted to understand our business, and were real partners in our journey to make it a great place to work.” HR Director
