Climate Diagnostic

There is a well established body of research evidence to show that organisational and team climate has a major impact on employee engagement and performance.

We provide on-line surveys to assess the nature of the climate that exists and to highlight the critical gaps that need to be addressed. Our climate survey comprises 30 questions and assesses five critical dimensions of climate, namely:

  • Motivation / engagement
  • Enabling environment

Our Climate Questionnaire is especially powerful when completed in conjunction with our Leadership Survey Questionnaire, as this provides organisations with powerful insights into the connection between leadership, climate and performance. The Leadership Survey Questionnaire is designed to profile key aspects of behaviour across departments and work groups, providing a base for objective comparisons, benchmarking and follow-up interventions.

At an operational level, follow-up might include additional diagnostics e.g. 360 or PAL180 feedback, (linked to the Management with AIMS training programme), or prompt a review of the organisation's leadership development strategy.
