Pario HR Solutions was founded by David Sharpley and Doug Crawford to help organisations overcome the perennial problem of how to capture the key insights that will make a real difference to performance. All too often, mountains of data confront managers, and all too often wrong conclusions result.

Our capability is anchored in our wide-ranging experience in psychology, OD, HR and consultancy - as well expertise in the design and administration of surveys and psychometric instruments.

We firmly believe in working in partnership with our clients and in ensuring that our skills and expertise complements that of our clients, in order that we truly add value. Working with individuals and organisations whose values are aligned with ours is also important to us - a genuine desire to release the latent potential of people, a belief that engaged, motivated employees can make a significant difference to performance and a commitment to making work a more fulfilling experience - are all core values that we hold dear.
